The department is responsible for the estimation and preparation of quantities, as well as the general and specific terms and specifications for all projects undertaken within the General Directorate of Engineering Consultancy. It also assists the tender management in quantifying the quantities and items for lump sum projects. Additionally, the department is involved in obtaining the necessary construction permits for some projects at the client’s request. The department also conducts technical and financial evaluations of various projects to determine their market value.”
